When building new themes we always perform broad tests to make sure everything works properly. Even though our tests are extensive, they are not foolproof.
Sometimes we miss bugs, or themes are used in ways we didn’t imagine. That’s why we offer free themes support.
We mostly use support tickets to help users. That way we can better track bugs and problems and respond much faster.
To create a support ticket users need to login or create a new account.
When creating a support ticket don’t forget to mention what theme you are having issues with, a link to your website and of course a detailed description of the issues you are facing.
We will try to help the best way we can. However, we won’t provide any support for:
- Theme Customization issues
- Theme Installation
- Hosting configuration
- Help with third-party plugins unless they are supported by our themes
